Shared Office Space
Environment ~ A place for your business to thrive —
The Escondido Creek Conservancy (TECC) has created a shared workspace called Environment, for small businesses working in Escondido and North County that need office space to call their own.
If your business becomes part of Environment, you will receive: 24-hour access to a shared workspace, an address where you can receive packages, access to private office space and a conference room (with dedicated conference phone), access to a printer and copier, a separate entrance and lockable personal storage.
Environment also has a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker.
Basing your business at Environment gives you a professional working space and the knowledge that your payments are supporting your local environment. We will limit the number of businesses that share Environment so that you will always have access to a desk and a peaceful place to work and collaborate.
Packages start at $275 per month.
$275/month includes – 24-hour access to shared space plus 4 hours of either conference room or private office space per month.
$500/month includes – 24-hour access to shared space and 4 hours per week (16 hours per month) in a private office and 6 hours of conference room time per month.
