Conservancy awarded state resolution

For the past 30 years, the Escondido Creek Conservancy has been a steward of the Escondido watershed. The Conservancy has accumulated 3,000 acres of preserve, protecting plants, animals and their ecosystems.

In May, the State of California and Assemblywoman Marie Waldron recognized the Conservancy with a resolution to acknowledge our 30 years of commitment, conservation and dedication to protect these sensitive habitats.

Board member Richard Murphy presented the resolution on behalf of the Conservancy.
