Discover Elfin Forest w/ Donna Walker
Enhance your nature observation on Elfin Forest for our Interpretive Nature Walks. You’ll learn about the amazing plants and wildlife at the Elfin Forest Recreational Reserve. Walks are moderately paced on the lower creek trail and begin in front of the Elfin Forest Interpretive Center.
Donna Walker, a native to San Diego County, majored in art and Native American studies at Palomar College in San Marcos, CA. Donna is a trail guide for the Elfin Forest where she leads monthly nature walks. Donna volunteers for the San Diego Archaeology Center and is an on-call instructor for illustrating artifacts that appear in professional reports and presentations. Come experience Donna’s unique perspective of Elfin Forest inspired by her love for nature, archaeology, and art on the second Sunday of every month. You won’t want to miss it!
