Special Store Hours for Elderly and Disabled

Many local grocery stores have announced priority shopping hours for seniors 65 and older, while others are including pregnant women and people with disabilities. Please check store website for details:

Free Meals For Students

Any student age 2 to 18 can go to any school site providing meals and receive food during this period of school closures due to COVID-19. Below are the food service sites confirmed by the San Diego County Office of Education, where students will be provided meals during the school closures.

Assistance For Those in Need

Interfaith Community Services is asking the community for help as it seeks to provide a safe haven for thousands of folks in need. The Escondido-based nonprofit is working on providing hygiene assistance, medical care, job support, and most importantly, basic needs such as food and shelter to the most vulnerable community members who have nowhere else to turn. The nonprofit seeks volunteers, food and hygiene items and monetary support.
